Every quote names the vehicle, the price basis and what it will cost you on the road in Nairobi: duty, shipping, clearing and registration. You get it in writing, and it is the figure we hold to. If something moves, you hear it from us before it costs you.
Japanese auction cars are graded and inspected, and the sheet records every mark and defect code. You see it, and an explanation of what is on it, while you can still say no. Buying on a photograph alone is how people end up with a car they would not have chosen.
The price on a listing is what the vehicle costs, not what it costs you delivered. Duty is calculated on the KRA CRSP schedule rather than on what you paid, so the landed figure is worked out and shown on its own rather than folded into a number that hides it.
Our account details are on the bank details page and nowhere else. If anyone sends you different details in our name, whether by email, WhatsApp or SMS, it is fraud. Call the office before you transfer anything, on any amount, however convincing it looks.
Every stage is written onto your order as it happens: bought, shipped, vessel and ETA, landed, cleared, registered. Invoices and documents appear there as they are issued. The answer to "where is my car" is on your dashboard before you have to ask for it.
The logbook is in your name and the plates are on before the vehicle reaches you. Six to eight weeks is the window we quote from purchase to handover, and where a date is real it is the shipping line’s date, not an estimate we invented.
